form, print and fill it out,
and bring it with you to the conference, along with your payment
by cash or check. Prior to filling out this form,
please review the workshop descriptions and know your
selections for each registrant. Please review lunch choices as well, as your selections are
also required on this form.

Registration begins at 7:30am, so if you are registering in this
manner, please come early, so that you have plenty of time to
check in, before the Keynote presentation begins at 8:30am.

You are invited to attend CAFFA’s 20th
full day conference! Our conference
generally draws approximately 300 guests, and regularly includes foster
parents, pre- and post-adoptive parents, birthparents, and professionals in
adoption. We are offering a wide selection
of workshop topics, geared to each group.
The conference is open to CAFFA members, as well as those who are not
members.

Register early, as space is limited, and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Phone reservations will not be accepted.

Mail your check (payable to CAFFA) with your form from our brochure or with your email confirmation from on-line registration; or pay by credit card or PayPal through on-line registration.

We have made arrangements with the Hyatt Lisle to offer guests of the CAFFA conference a special rate of $78 /night, along with complimentary shuttle service to and from the conference.
